I led the brand identity redesign for TORQUE Strategies, conducting an internal discovery workshop that included surveys and collaborative discussions to better understand the company’s evolving vision and culture. Through this process, we revisited the brand’s archetypes and refined its positioning to align with future goals and growth. This foundation guided the creative direction, ensuring that every visual and verbal element reflected TORQUE’s personality and ambition.
Working closely with an internal graphic designer, we designed the new logo, color palette, typography, and supporting graphic system. I mentored her through the process and emphasized the craft and nuance of building a cohesive brand. The result was a refreshed identity and set of brand guidelines that modernized TORQUE’s image while reinforcing its core values and strategic purpose.
